Dear Mr./Madam: Secretary   Warm Greetings and Peace Upon You, On behalf of the organizing committee of SATAC 2016 (Saudi Arabia Toastmasters Annual Contests), which will be held in Sheraton Dammam Hotel (21-23 April 2016), I would like to invite you as the hosting division director to take part in the upcoming annual event		السيد / السيدة:أمين سر النادي   السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته، بإسمي وباسم اللجنة المنظّمة للملتقى السنوي لأندية توستماسترز السعودي وكرئيس القسم المستضيف لساتاك 2016، أتشرف بدعوتكم للمشاركة في مؤتمرنا السنوي والمزمع عقده في فندق شيراتون الدمّام في الفترة بين 21 و23 إبريل 2016.
By now, you are aware of SATAC dates & deadlines, and most likely, you have announced this event repeatedly in your club meetings. And for that we would like to thank Division Directors & Area Directors for their hard work and constant follow up. We hope you’ve reached the number allocated for each club, which is TEN tickets.		منذ الإعلان عن ساتاك 2016 لهذا العام والبدء الفعلي ببيع التذاكر المخفّضة في بداية شهر ديسمبر، قام مدراء الأقسام ومدراء المناطق بجهد ممتاز للترويج في اجتماعات الأندية... ونرجو أن تكون هذه الجهود قد أثمرت عن عدد من المشاركين من ناديكم ضمن العدد المخصص لكل نادي (وهو عشرة تذاكر)
We have modified the deadlines for purchasing tickets as follows: *** The 1st Deadline for the subsidized price of SR 300 per ticket ***  * Tuesday 12 January - 6:00 pm is the deadline to report the "confirmed" number of tickets sold (or to be sold)   * Sunday 17 January - 6:00 pm is the deadline to deposit/transfer the money in the provided bank account   * Monday 18 January - 1:00 pm is the absolute deadline to provide the list of names, email addresses & mobile numbers of those who purchased the tickets.		لقد قمنا بتعديل المواعيد المحددة لشراء التذاكر على النحو التالي: *** الموعد الأول بالسعر المخفّض (300 ريال) للتذكرة الواحدة *** * الثلاثاء 12 يناير – الساعة السادسة مساءاً هو الموعد النهائي للإبلاغ عن عدد التذاكر "المؤكدة" (سواءً تم بيعها بالفعل أم لم يتم بيعها)   * الأحد 17 يناير – الساعة السادسة مساءاً هو الموعد النهائي لإيداع / تحويل الاموال في الحساب البنكي الذي تم تزويدكم له سابقاُ   * الاثنين 18 يناير – الساعة الواحدة ظهراً هو الموعد النهائي والأخير لتقديم قائمة بأسماء وعناوين البريد الإلكتروني وأرقام الهواتف النقالة لأولئك الذين اشتروا التذاكر.
** All deposits & and lists shall be made by DIVISION or AREA Directors OR Marketing Coordinators in the region. "Club" deposits are not recommended at this stage.		** كافة الإيداعات والحوالات النقدية يجب أن تتم من خلال مدراء الأقسام أو مدراء المناطق أو منسقي التسويق في المناطق. يرجى تجنب الإيداعات الفردية أو المجموعات الصغيرة من خلال الأندية مثلاً.
*** The 2nd Deadline for the subsidized price of SR 400 per ticket *** Sunday 10th of February - 6:00 pm is the deadline for sending the updated list of names & making the deposit/transfer to given bank account:		*** الموعد الثاني للسعر المخفّض (400 ريال) للتذكرة الواحدة *** الأحد 10 فبراير -الساعة السادسة مساءاً هو الموعد النهائي لإرسال قائمة محدثة بأسماء مشتري التذاكر وكذلك إيداع المبالغ النقدية أو تحويلها إلى الحساب البنكي المحدّد.
*** Kindly please note the following:		*** يرجى التكرم بملاحظة ما يلي:
- There will be NO Ticket sales in February. - There MIGHT be few tickets available in March for a price of SR 500 per ticket.		- لن يكون هناك بيع للتذاكر في شهر فبراير. - قد يكون هناك عدد قليل من التذاكر متاحة للبيع في شهر مارس بسعر 500 ريال للتذكرة الواحدة.
- Most likely there will NOT be sales in April (within the three weeks prior to SATAC) but in case there were some exceptions... those will be sold for SR 700. - The actual COST per participant is around SR 1,000 (and that's for the hotel Meals & Coffee Breaks alone)		- على الأرجح، لن يكون هناك مبيعات للتذاكر في شهر أبريل (ضمن الأسابيع الثلاثة السابقة لساتاك) ولكن في حال كانت هناك بعض الاستثناءات... ستباع بسعر 700 ريال سعودي. - بالمناسبة، التكلفة الفعلية لكل مشارك تبلغ حوالي 1000 ريال (وهذا فقط لوجبات الغذاء والعشاء واستراحات القهوة في الفندق)
- There will be No Refunds of tickets sold... however, transferring registrations can be made in March (No later than March 31st). - The actual tickets "printed" are NOT the entrance cards to the event... the official "Badges" are.		- لن يكون هناك تذاكر مرتجعة، حيث لن تقوم اللجنة التنظيمية بإرجاع سعر تذاكر تم بيعها... وعلى الرغم من ذلك، فإنه يمكن تغيير الاسم المدوّن على التذكرة خلال شهر مارس (وفي موعد لا يتجاوز يوم 31 مارس). - علماً بأن التذاكر "المطبوعة" ليست بطاقات دخول إلى الفعالية... بينما البطاقات المطبوعة والتي عليها الصورة الشخصية هي التي ستخول المشاركين بالدخول.
Those who already purchased tickets shall be contacted directly and provided with an ID Badge with their recent photos. And that will be the formal entrance card.		كل من اشترى تذكرة سيتم التواصل معهم بشكل مباشر، وسيتم تزويدهم ببطاقة شخصية عليها صورة شخصية لهم. وهي التي ستكون بمثابة بطاقة الدخول الرسمية.
*** Special Promotions ***		*** العروض الترويجية ***
- All promotions shall be in the form of "Refund" for an already purchased ticket. - Division & Area Directors shall be eligible for a FREE ticket upon completing the sales of their "allocated" number of tickets. (As announced earlier).		- ستكون جميع الهدايا أو الجوائز الترويجية على شكل "استرداد" لثمن التذكرة التي تم شراؤها وتسديد ثمنها بالفعل. - سيتم إهداء مدراء الأقسام والمناطق الذين يستكملوا بيع التذاكر "المخصصة" لأقسامهم أو مناطقهم تذكرة مجانية. (كما أعلن في وقت سابق).
- Contestants are required to purchase a ticket to attend all SATAC functions, unless they want to participate in their respective contests, then they are permitted to that contest segment only (as per TI rules).		- ينبغي على جميع المتسابقين شراء تذكرة لحضور جميع فعاليات الملتقى (ساتاك)، إلا إذا رغبوا بالمشاركة في جزء المسابقات الخاص بهم، وهنا سيسمح لهم بحضور ذلك الجزء من المسابقة فقط (وفقا لقواعد منظمة التوستماسترز العالمية.
- There shall be a special promotion for each Area, for those who provide content for the event Souvenir/Magazine & SATAC Social Media channels. (Details will follow).		- سوف يكون هناك تذاكر مجّانية توزع على الأعضاء بحسب المناطق... لأولئك الذين يشاركون بمحتوى للمجلة التي ستطبع على هامش الملتقى (ساتاك)، بالإضافة للمشاركات على قنوات التواصل الاجتماعية للملتقى. (التفاصيل ستتبع).
- Divisions & Areas are permitted to a number of "Nameless" tickets to be purchased at the special rates announced above for their Awards at their events and activities. Names and contact information can be provided by March 15th. (Please coordinate with me directly on this matter)		- يمكن للأقسام والمناطق أن تشتري عدداً محدداً من التذاكر دون تحديد "اسم" المشارك بالأسعار الخاصة المعلنة أعلاه وذلك لتوزيعها ضمن فعالياتهم واجتماعاتهم. لكن ينبغي تزويدنا بالأسماء ومعلومات الاتصال قبل تاريخ 15 مارس. (يرجى التنسيق مع بي مباشرة على هذه المسألة)
- Guests (spouses, family members & friends of members) are welcomed to this event following the same rates and deadlines... Their tickets shall be named after the member... and exact names shall be provided upon the distribution of ID Badges.		- الضيوف مرحب بهم (زوجات الأعضاء أو أزواج العضوات أو أفراد أسرتهم وأصدقائهم) وبنفس الأسعار، وينطبق عليهم التواريخ المذكورة أعلاه. سوف تدرج هذه التذاكر تحت اسم العضو الذي قام بشراء التذكرة... ويجب تزويدنا بالأسماء حال توفرها وقبل البدء بتوزيع شارات الأسماء.
