Dear Sir,

Dr. SPR would like to inform you about a new scheme that is going to be introduced in "Vuram's Trichy" office. This is for fresh Engineering graduates who has the logical and analytical abilities but scored around 65% in their Engineering degree with no history of arrears. 

The scheme is briefly mentioned here-under:-

• After selection, the freshers will go through 6 months training at our Trichy office with a Stipend of Rs. 10,000/PM. 
• Upon satisfactory completion of this 6 months training, all the candidates under this scheme will be evaluated for their skills and mouldability.
• If they are found fit, then they will be absorbed in the company with a CTC of Rs. 20,000/PM
• All other candidates will be given "Training Completion" certificate which will enable them to look for a job outside.

In this connection, we request you to consider suitable candidates and share us the tracker. Then we would like to conduct the written test followed by Technical/HR interviews.
