You are required to report on 24th June 2013 , would like to inform the joining formalities will start from 10:00 AM at WSS Towers, 1st Floor, No. 107 & No. 108, Harris Road, Mount Road, Chennai - 600002. Landmark – Near Casino Theatre.   The joining date will be from  24th to 28th June 2013. Please come prepared accordingly.   ·         Please bring all Original documents. ·         No Laminated copies will be accepted.         (It is mandatory to carry the original documents against which the photocopies would be counterchecked at the time of joining) S No Document Name / Details to carry No of Copies 1 Resume 2 2 Passport-size photographs in white background. Your name and blood group should be mentioned at the back of the photographs. 10 3 Photocopy of Tenth Standard Certificate & Medical Fitness Certificate 2 4 Copy of professional/educational certificates and mark sheets beginning with the Xth  standard until highest qualification 2 5 Copy of PAN Card or Acknowledgement Slip of Form 49, if you have applied for PAN No. and are yet to receive it 2 6 Copy of Resignation/Relieving letter from last two (2) organizations, if applicable 2 7 Copy of Experience Letter(s) from all your past employers, if applicable 2 8 Copy of Salary Slips from all the previous organizations, if applicable 2 9 Copy of residential address proof (current and permanent in form of ration card, voter ID card, Driver's License copy, passport etc.) 2 10 Provide Three references of professional acquaintances you have known for 3 years or above (Name, Organization, Position, Contact No, Contact Address) 2   Please note that you are required to share all the documents on or before 12:00pm .Tomorrow -14th-June-2013 Please find attached the Application Blank Form and Candidate Commitment Form, Kindly mail back the filled and duly singed scanned copy  form at earliest.
