Hello folks-

The planning committee is gearing up for the 2017 Expo.

After careful consideration of the feedback from authors and attendees
of last year's event we have tentatively decided on May 27-28 as the
dates for this year's event. Please let us know if this is a good time,
and/or suggest other possible dates in the May-June time frame.

Information about registrations and table bookings will be coming soon.

If you would like to host a workshop or provide a reading please send us
the details of what you'd like to do.

Please also forward any ideas you have for panel discussion topics.

If you are planning to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.
Also make sure to provide the genre your write in and the name as you'd
like it to appear on the website and in communications.

Please forward this email to your fellow authors, publishers, editors
and associations.
