Hi very-selected folk,

I'm doing a follow up to Mark Walsh's workshop in Freetown, and a big part of the aim is to get NVC established in Sierra Leone.

It's quite a challenge in 2 weeks, which will include an open meeting this Friday and a 5 day intermediate/"going forward from here" workshop next week.

Doing some empathy work I realised I would love to have support while I am over their, and want to model gracefully receiving support. So ....

...... I'd love to be able to draw on your support, especially if I should feel at a loss.
