CNVC regional gatherings

Hi all,

Has anyone followed the CNVC and certified trainers discussions about regional gatherings in March 2014?

This is what Oceania region is using to coordinate, and they are happy for us to adapt it for our own use:

I'm thinking we should have several gatherings as we are such a large region, some physical, some by normal teleconference, calling out to Africa
