This event aims to introduce participants to action plan options for managing polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and POP pesticides, with a focus on integrated and practical approaches that support national implementation.

 

The webinar will provide updates on the current status of the GEF/World Bank PCB phase-out and management project and outline the criteria that national PCB assessments must meet to be considered for future PCB projects aimed at achieving the 2025 elimination targets.

 

📌 Event format
The event will be held online via Zoom and conducted in English. Interpretation into French, Spanish and Russian will be provided. Following the event, a full recording and key insights will be made available on
GGKP’s platform. Selected highlights may also be shared as blog posts and articles via the Green Forum.
