three upcoming workshops

Please consider the following upcoming workshops:

1. Tues April 8 from 3-5pm ET: Nathan, Beth, Laura, and Jennifer will present a free, virtual workshop titled "Teaching Statistics via Active Investigations."  This free workshop will be administered through the instats organization.  For more information and to sign up, see: https://instats.org/seminar/teaching-statistics-via-active-investiga.

2. Sat April 26 from 8:30-4:30 PT in San Luis Obispo, California: Beth, Karen, and Soma will present a free, in-person workshop titled "Teaching Statistical Thinking with GAISE: Statistical Investigation Process, Multivariable Thinking, Simulation-Based Inference."  A travel stipend of $200 is available to those traveling more than 75 miles (one-way).  More information and a link to a registration form can be found here:  https://sites.google.com/view/eaapost/upcomingws-announcement

3. Wed July 16 at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa: Two half-day workshops will be conducted prior to the U.S. Conference on Teaching Statistics (USCOTS) in Ames, Iowa.  The morning workshop is about introductory and intermediate courses, and the afternoon workshop focuses on online courses.  Registration for USCOTS ($255 by May 1), which runs from Thur July 17 - Sat July 19, is required to attend the workshops.  More information can be found at: www.causeweb.org/cause/uscots/uscots25/.
