AUTHOR AND AVIATION HISTORIAN

 

Author of “Flying Carpets, Flying Wings”

a biography about Moye W. Stephens, his friends, and his achievements in aviation.

Moye’s life includes over 50 years of aviation, from stunting at Clover Field, piloting Ford Trimotors, making a world flight in a Stearman, and working as a test pilot for John Northrop.  

Barbara will be bringing a couple of the original maps made in London 

for the world flight.

 

Barbara is a well-respected researcher in the field of aviation. Her passion for research and continual search for the smallest of details to enhance her histories is evident in the finished products. She has traveled throughout the United States and Mexico to interview essential individuals to the projects.
