UPCOMING CHANGES TO EAA1469 EMAILS

ATTENTION ALL SUBSCRIBERS TO THIS GOOGLE GROUP:  

TO CONTINUE YOUR MEMBERSHIP IN THIS GROUP, PLEASE KEEP READING.

This group was established in 2009 as a tool to aid communication with members of Oxnard EAA Chapter 1469.  Over many years the membership has changed significantly.  There are currently 74 email addresses on this list, but many are no longer associated with EAA 1469. (Due to Google's policies on email/ID we cannot determine the actual names of most of the people on this membership list.) As discussed at the latest EAA1469 meeting, we will soon remove any emails that do not match the EAA national roster.  (EAA requires chapter members to be national members.) Only "ACTIVE" EAA Chapter 1469 members with paid up membership will be retained.

To allow time for chapter membership renewals, on January 31, 2026,  emails on this list will be compared with the national EAA list.  If an email address does not match the EAA natonal roster and Chapter 1469 membership is not current for 2026, the email will be eliminated from THIS Google Group.   Chapter membership renewal instructions are shown on the attached membership form.

REMINDER:  CHAPTER 1469 MEETS MONTHLY IN THE AXIS AVIATION HANGAR (formerly Golden West) ON THE 3RD SATURDAY EACH MONTH, 10AM.  THIS IS ALSO THE HISTORIC AIRCRAFT DISPLAY DAY.  SCHEDULE CHANGES WILL BE ANNOUNCED TO MEMBERS ONLY BY EMAIL ON THE EAA1469 Google Group (https://groups.google.com/g/eaa1469) AND SHOWN ON THE EAA 1469 WEB SITE CALENDAR (https://chapters.eaa.org/eaa1469/events).
