which version of ea-utils | fastq-join?

Hi Ea-utils team,

Thanks for this fantastic tool.

I'm using fastq-join utility from ea-utils in QIIME, and would like to know version of it.

I downloaded ea-utils on June 30

A dry run of fastq-join doesn't throw me any version number.

Could you please help me?

It seems that you can see the version number in the output when you carry out a small test run.

Example:

$ fastq-join r1.fastq.gz r2.fastq.gz -o out

Total reads: 665809

Total joined: 21067

Average join len: 102.48

Stdev join len: 43.67

Version: 1.01.759
