What is the quality format used in fastq-multx? Is is Sanger or Solexa?

When using quality filtering options in fastq-multx or fastq-mcf?

I was wondering if this supported both.

I wasn't sure if these quality were just numbers, and as long as we use the right number for the right scale we should be fine.
