About the Thursday show

So... Beam has a kids class that runs 6-7pm Thursday, and our time in the theater starts at 7.

We are going to have to hustle for real and serious to get everything ready by 8.

I'd suggest if you can do any of your makeup stuff at home, do that.. and maybe get some of your costume on at home.

I don't know if Patty is coming Thursday, so Sheila will need helping hands to prepare the props and the set.

And Reid, the tall man, has been putting up the backdrop... that's yo thang, brother, go on with your bad self. I appreciate that too!

Carrie will need help setting up the concessions.  Someone jump in there please.

I think we can do it easily if we move quickly and without a lot of wasted motion and grab-ass.

Actually that's a term I heard in the military generally meaning running around doing silly stuff. Sometimes  when other people are working.  Synonymous with "horseplay." Except with, you know, more ass.

That's the spirit, Todd!

Concessions won't take long at all, and everyone who is working the door has done it already, so they know what to do. We can set up signs and cones while the other group is in the theater, so no problem there. And at 7:00, those kids better skedaddle, or else.....

Any way to pick it up before Thursday? I head out of town in 20 for Florida for work, back tomorrow night IF the monsoon allows me to land...
