Greetings players,

Several people said it just wouldn't be right to not get an email about the show, so here is one.

I want to say, once more, what an incredible job everyone did and thank you all for being a part of our enterprise.  The show exceeded my wildest expectation for how it could turn out, and I've heard the best positive, glowing reviews from anyone who saw it. I'd say we did this one exactly right.  Now, to the accounting!

• Total Net online ticket sales: $1591 (we owed no additional royalty, which is good)
  
• Cash from onsite tickets, donations, wine, beer, and the change we seeded the cash-box with: $627
• Online donations:  $66

Total intake from the show:  $2284

Total EAVGT bank balance remaining after show:  $5784

So, we spent about $1200 on this show that we didn't make back.  Leaves us with almost $6K to start the year with.  Not bad, given the scale of what we accomplished!

I’ve been told several times that this was our best show yet…Everyone kicked some theatre ASS!!!
