Hi,
I received the following error when running the network analysis tool:

Unexpected error... contact Alexander with the error report below:
Undefined function 'TractLambdas' for input arguments of type 'double'.
Do I need to re-calculated the tract files?

Thanks,
Shir

Dear Shir,

Give it a try with recalculated tract files. Make sure everything is in the same space and orientation.
If you need help, you can post the .mat files so I can have a look.

Cheers,
Stijn

Dear Stijn,
Thanks for the quick reply!

I was trying to run the connectivity tool using labels from an atlas.
Could the error be related to the registration done in the first stage?

Thanks again,
Shir

Dear Shir,

This can be related to the registration, so check how it went. Make an overlay of the FEFA and T1 image (assuming you registered your data to T1) to see for misalignment and such. Next you can check the tractography parameters set and perform tractography. It might be useful to provide the .mat file you created from the registration.

Cheers,
Stijn

Hi,

Could it be related to the trafo processing?
I guess this second registration to the atlas is the problem.

Many thanks,
shir

Dear Shir,

If you follow the steps provided by the manual, all should go correctly.
Check every step and make sure the alignment is correctly. Perhaps I can have a look at the trafo processing output to see if it went ok.

Cheers,
Stijn
