Tract analysis and anatomy

Hi everyone!!

I have some questions, I can’t analyze the tract when I drew the AND rois. Anyone know which is the reason that this part of the software doesn’t work?

I can see the whole brain tracts and the SEED ROIs, but no AND roi.

 

Another question is, I have the anatomy T1 with different voxel size than DTI. When I try to upload the volume, I cannot do it. I changed the .hdr from anatomy (not from the .img), but still the same problem… for this case, Do you know about this issue?
