Hello everyone,

After following the manual I managed to create an EPI/EC corrected version but there is a lot of artifacts. From what I understood the b0 values must be the same throughout the .bval document right?

However my values are not. Is it an acquisition problem or am I using dcm2nii wrong?

I also linked the bvec values, that are different too, in case there is a correlation
