Hello

I have a network which starts from specific ROIs.
Now I want to make a txt-file where I want to give a blue color to this nodes. (see attachments where I also give the MNI-coordinates of my ROIs)

If I load this file under ">Miscellanea> 'Connectivity' network > Nodes > Color > Mapping > Color", I get the warning:
"File should contain 1 column.."

I did this with some random values but then it says that the coordinates and this txt-file should have the same lengths.
But there are both 90 rows of coordinates and 'colorvalues'.

Does someone see my fault or has the solution for this problem?

To be more clear, this is about the nodes that represent the ROIs in a Network Analysis where the ICBM template of eDTI itself is used for visualisation.

Lucas,

As it appears, the routine is expecting one column of data for the color. This is not what you would expect, since the color should be provided as RGB.
My best guess is that the routine does something under the hood; transforming the one column to different colors. So you can try to set them all to 1 except for the ones you like to see different (put them to 0.5?). Modulation with mean FA values per ROI works perfectly in this way.

HTH
Cheers,
Stijn
