Sort DWI *.nii file(s) wrt b-values

I am trying to sort multiple files (using the mac standalone version) but it can't recognize the *.nii files in the folder.

If I want to sort for a single data set it's fine, but when I go to select multiple ones, the pop-up seems wrong (see attached images)
