About exporting data

Dear experts,

I want to segment several white matter tracts and get the data for statistics.

In this sense I need the streamlines count for each fascicle for my study. 

I have read the manual and have notice that apparently DTI explorer does not provide this info.

So I will need to use other software to get that info. In this particular I need to export my *mat file (after all the corrections) into a nifti file to process it with extra softwares.

But is seems that it is not possible to export the mat file into a nifti file again.

Can anyone help me?
