Creating individual space atlas for fMRI data using ExploreDTI.

Hi ExploreDTI experts, 

Recently I'd like to compare the DTI connectome with fMRI connectome with fMRI data, however I can't create individual level AAL atlas as ExploreDTI did in the "Get 'connectivity' metrices" tools. I was wondering if I could just use the tool from ExploreDTI to create the individual level AAL atlas for the fMRI images, thank you for your time!

I also might found a "bug" when using a customized atals for the connectome analysis. If the index of the ROIs in the atlas are random numbers such as 97 5 100 120 153 etc, not a sequential numbers such as 1 to 90 as in the AAL atlas, the output connectivity matrix might have many NAN values.
