elastix transformix error in EPI correction in Linux version.. needs to download them

Hi All,

I followed one of the thread where the problem is discussed however when i clicked on the link to download the files, i could not find either elastix or transformix.

The output for me to the command  :  dshah ~ $ ls .mcrCache8.3/MainEx0/Source/MD_cor_E

is : libANNlib.so

The thread also mentioned to put them inside a specific folder so Could someone who had the issue confirm that i will have to create a folder named "transformix_L_64" and run the following command?

mv .mcrCache8.3/MainEx0/Source/MD_cor_E/linux64/transformix .mcrCache8.3/MainEx0/Source/MD_cor_E/linux64/transformix_L_64

Dear ?,

Could you please specify to which thread you refer to? Both elastix and transformix scripts are required for running the DWI analysis.
The file structure is in order when you download the p-code files and has the elastix and transformix scripts located at "Source/MD_cor_E/linux64/". It does not require the folder transformix_L_64.
If you get a specific error, please report.
