Hi Alexander,

I installed the standalone version of ExploreDTI on my Windows 8.1 laptop. Graphic drivers are updated. I installed MATLAB Compiler Runtime. When loading the example data set I can't see the FEFA map or other DTI measures. I DO see the raw DWI images though. Do you have any idea what might be wrong?

Thanks, Michiel de Ruiter

Hi Michiel,

Have you seen this post?

Let me know whether that resolves the issue.

Cheers,

Hi Alexander,

Yes, I saw this message. I use the standalone version however, and I'm not sure how to go about with openGL software (my impression was that it is not necessary to do additional things here).
Further, I use the 'Example_data_for_ExploreDTI.mat' file so I  don't have to convert the data to mat format...

Thanks, Michiel

Hi Michiel,

I have compiled ExploreDTI with the "OpenGL Software" option for Windows 64 bit OS: http://www.exploredti.com/ExploreDTI/Windows/64/ExploreDTI_v4.8.4_64_bit_OpenGL_Software.zip. Could you try this version?

Cheers,
