problem with extracting diffusion metrics from Mori-DTI white matter atlas

Dear Experts

I want to use Mori white matter atlas and get diffusion metrics,I have label file, but i do not have template file and text file which are necessary for Explore DTI as input. how can i prepare them? I get in to trouble, I try all the ways in my mind but did not answer! I used AAL template and create text file and typed the regions. I faced the error" could not write the file".what is your suggestion?
