Help on running CSD tracking

Dear all,

I have a dti.mat dataset that does not generate an error when I run DTI tracking, however, when I attempt to run CSD tracking on the same dti.mat file, I get the following error messages:

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Dear John,

Could you elaborate on the acquisition parameters for the DWI sequence?
One option might be to change the settings in CSD.
