Problem reseting password

I used to use this site, or it's predecessor, to help teach meaningful use prescription standards in a graduate class on healthcare interoperability  at Northeastern University.  The site has changed since I last used it.  When I tried to register, it told me that d.r...@northeasterrn.edu was already taken.  So I said I forgot my password, got the email to change it, changed it, was told the change was successful, but my login was still rejected.  
Can anyone help?
