Hi, I've been unsuccessful in connecting our outgoing interfaces to the test tool. I'm using the following information

Hello,

Based on the information that you have provided, the issue could be of two reasons

1. Check for leading or trailing whitespaces in the password.

2. Check if the Endpoint is blocked by your organization firewall.
