Obtaining a list of all the details on the Forwards tab

Is there any easy way of obtaining a list, preferably in table format,
of all the Forwards? Even selecting just the Alias / Forward to /
Contact / Memo table and pasting it into Word just gives a single line
of text, which would have to be parsed.
