Recent increases in spam - heads up

For anyone who has seen sharp increases in spam recently, I believe
I've tracked down the reason..

In December, AWeber, one of the big guys in email list management, had
their servers hacked.

I am subscribed to a large number of email lists, and this data breach
appears to have compromised dozens of my e4ward addresses.
Unfortunately, this has been unavoidable because this spamming group
commonly sends not just one copy, but many emails at
once, so I've woken up to find hundreds of their "buy drugs" spams in
my mailbox.
