SPF record?

Hello!

I am new to e4ward and I am using the MX records as provided in FAQ on my own domain name successfully.

What I would like to know, is what to put as SPF record on my domain (preferably something not vague, i.e. that ends with "-all").

Searching the Sphinx help, didn't seem to help me, hence the existence of this post :)
