A bill proposing energy rating and disclosure is on the agenda for the City of Brotherly Love this year.

 

Arlington, VA, a National Leader in Disclosure

The small suburb of Washington, DC has started displaying energy efficiency performance labels in its public buildings.

Reporting Deadlines (you may have missed)

May 1, 2012 - New York City (second reporting deadline for buildings over 50,000 sf)

June 1, 2012 - Austin (first reporting deadline for nonresidential buildingsover 75,000 sf)

Summer, 2012 - Washington, DC (reporting deadline for buildings 150,000 sf and larger is TBD)
