Looks like an SSL bumper that does the same job as squid, but google says otherwise, that it needs squid as well.

Maybe start with the most obvious: is it defunct?

Is any parent here having trouble finding opens source projects to control their children's access?

Is there anything left that is not a subscription in this world in 2026?
