E2guardian in docker

Anybody had much luck with docker?  For instance, exactly which files do I need to extract from e2guardian to be mapped to the container at /etc/e2guardian?  Hints appreciated.

Using a full directoy is more easier, mapp ./e2guardian to the container

You can just run the official image and copy /etc/e2guardian to the host with docker cp

Ya, that's it - thanks.  Except, what's up with the squid container?  With default config it comes up as unhealthy.
