Attempt to port to Android.

Preliminary I managed to compile e2guardian for Android (API 35, x86_64) as a static package. At this point it runs without errors in rooted (magisk) AVD, but further testing is yet to be done. If anyone is interested, I can give step-by-step instructions on how to re-compile it for x86_64 and armv7.
