What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start e17 use enlightenment_start.sh

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Hoped to see a desktop e17, but has seen the dark screen (not black, namely
dark)
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
e17 + efl - svn55496
ecomorph - last
OS - Ubuntu 10.10
kernel - 2.6.35.8 from kernel.org
video - fglrx 10.11 (last)
Please provide any additional information below.
I have edited enlightenment_start.sh that e17 was started with a
flag '-evil'.
I can represent itself as test laboratory :) What logs or video are
necessary? glxinfo out?

for testing the compositor you can just use default e session and
run: 'ecomorph ini' or 'ecomp.sh'. I guess ecomp.sh needs to be tweaked to
work with current ubuntu

Has done two tests in default e17 session:
1. exec 'ecomprph ini inotify' in gnome-terminal
2. exec 'ecomp.sh' in gnome-terminal
Results in archive.
