What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Restart enlightenment

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Windows are sometimes redrawn crookedly, bent, wobbled, or with other
random side effects after restarting e. Their actual placement remains
constant, but they appear to be shaped/located crazily.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

try disable wobbly and 'move' plugin. cant reproduce the problem here though
