EPrime 3.0 installation problem on Windows 10

Hello


I am trying to install a recently purchased EPrime 3.0 copy to a new Windows 10 laptop. The installation does not work (though it worked on another computer running Windows 10). On the laptop I received this error message:

 

tdhHASP.FileRunInTempDirectory() returned value of 65548


I'm on ASUS


Do you have any idea ?

You might want to contact PST Support about this. Please note that the
E-Prime User Forum on the PST website is *not* PST Support, so make sure
you submit your request to the right place there!
