Microphone issues with chronos

Hello,

We recently switched to Windows 11 in the lab. The mic on Chronos is not working without a typical mic test (after speaking into the mic, the green dot appears). However, when we plugged the chronos in, it turned blue, and the device index is attached. The green dot appears when I tap the mic's base or set it down firmly, which is odd. Also, when I turn it off and on (the black button at the bottom is pressed), it also turns green, but not when I speak into it. Any advice?
