I am currently using Eprime version 2.0.8.74 on a Dell computer
Eprime will only run an experiment if the Dell computer is connected to another computer via USB cable which was a Mac
Connecting both computers is necessary in order for eprime to keep time and actually run the experiment.
Unfortunately, the mac laptop was stolen and now I am struggling to figure out how to make eprime run on its own without another laptop
The error I receive anytime I attempt to run an experiment is:

The following runtime error occured:
An error has occurred while accessing the clock
please report the following error information to technical support

could not connect to NTP server

I have reviewed eprime documentation and found that version 2.0.10.353 has a new option that controls the clock gui.
I am wondering if all I need to do is update eprime to the latest version or if there is any other suggestions/advice anyone else has?

Below is the website that briefly summarizes the new clock GUI feature:

As it is crucial for my research team to begin pilot testing, I truly appreciate any help that anyone can offer.

Hey, this is pretty late but it might help if you switch to the E-Prime Primary Realtime Clock (Experiment Object Properties --> Timing --> Clock).

Hope you figured something out earlier, though!
