E-Prime recognize RESP inaccurately

Hi, I'm using eprime 3.0 to design ANT. When it's a left arrow in the middle, users should press E.  When it's a right arrow in the middle, user should press I. 

In the beginning, every goes well, the RESP and ACC are correct. However, E-Prime recognized RESP inaccurately although the user pressed the right answer key yesterday! This made ACC was also wrong. I didn't change any code. What's wrong with my eprime?

Could you provide more detail? What key did the user press? What RESP did E-Prime record?
