E-Prime response not recording

Hello, 

It have a slide object that contains a picture and a text box.  The participant has to look at the pic and pick 1234, but the responses aren't recording.  I've turned keyboard on, chosen my response options as 1234 but it still doesn't work. help?

Could it be that the response in not being recorded because the response option is not ticked in the logging tab?

1) What PreRelease do you use for your Slide?

2) What object comes after your Slide in the Procedure? Or is your
Slide the last object in the Procedure?

3) For your Procedure, what setting do you use for Process Pending Input
Masks?
