Hello,

I am new to using e-prime and am trying to use the slide slider function.
In my task, participants should evaluate felt threateness in units of 1 from 0 to 100. I could set the slide slider to be moved by the left and right arrow of the keyboard, but it moves one by one.
So it takes too long to move end to end.
Therefore, I want to modify the values of the slide slider fast by longpress of the left arrow and right arrow on the keyboard. But I could not find that function.

1) Is there a functioning long press move by keyboard in the slide slider?

2) If there is, how can I set it?
About the number 2 question, I tried something one.
I put a button and set the input device of the button to keyboard in experiment object properties because I thought it is possible by button functioning. And then I put {Button1.Longpress} or {*} to allowable of response options in properties of slide. Also, I wrote inline code for the button of the slide slider, but I could not move the values of the slide slider by longpress of the keyboard in both settings.

I have attached the e-prime program file I made below. Please refer to it if necessary.

Thank you for reading my long question!
Huiyeong.
