Help: cannot find the 8080 port when link Tobii pro lab and E-prime

Hi, guys

We have linked all the cables now, but we cannot link E-prime to Tobii Pro lab.

And, we can ensure that Tobii pro lab is linked with the Tobii Eye-tracker because   we can find the eyes in the Tobii pro lab.

When we run E-prime to link the Tobii Pro lab, we will gain the warning like this:

And, we follow the instruction of PST:

Unfortunately, the problem has not been solved.

Every time when we close the Tobii pro lab, we cannot find any port. But once we open Tobii pro lab, 3 devices or something will be linked to the port 8080.

First please clarify, do you run Tobii Pro Lab on one computer and E-Prime on another, or do you run both Tobii Pro Lab and E-Prime on the same computer?

Next, what happens after you run the following command (modified to fit your installation) on your Tobii Pro Lab PC :
"C:\Program Files\Tobii\Tobii Pro Lab\Bin\TobiiProLab.exe" Api.Server.Port=3785

(Disclaimer: We do not use Tobii Pro Lab or E-Prime Extensions for Tobii Pro Lab, so I am shooting in the dark here.)
