Video lagging behind audio

Dear E-Prime Users,

I am setting up a study where participants rate short video clips sourced from TikTok and edited down to 19s.  I am using eprime 3 and the Audio is lagging significantly behind the audio. Any ideas on how to fix this. It does seem to matter frame rate of videos is 30 and audio is 44.1 hz. I cannot figure out what is going on. Any help much appreciated.
