Unable to open DX Target

Hello E-Prime Group,

Recently I installed E-Prime 3 In windows 10 machine. When I run an experiment it showing an error message:

 "Unable to open DX Target" and "Unable to create DX11 Device. Use dxdiag to ensure your system has DX11 and hardware acceleration to feature level 11.0". 

I've checked with the dxdiag and there directx 12 version shown. I try to install directx 11 also but didn't work. I can't seem to find how to install them or update them.

Could any one help in this matter.
