It sounds like we just run into the same issue (black
screen after putting in startup info), there seemed to be a windows
update on our laptops running with windows 11 and using monitors to
display the task. The previous version was Windows 23H sth and updated
to 24H sth. We deinstalled the updates (setting>update history) and
were able to go back to the previous version (23H). Afterwards, the
tasks run normally. I know this is not really a permanent fix though it
solved the problem for us :)
