Please give us full list of MUDA / MCC / KIADB / Revenue department officials caught by ACB , Karnataka Lokayukta and Police for corruption from 2000 – 2024.
Please give us details of undoing / correction of illegal clearances , approvals given by such corrupt officials.
Please give us details of encroachment of Hinkal
lake, Hebbal lake , Ningaiah lake , Devanur lake , BEML quarters lake and Hootagalli lakes in Mysuru and details of action taken against encroachers.
Please give us the copy of RTI requests made by murdered RTI activist Srinath to MUDA , MCC and Mysore DC.
Please give us the list of illegal apartment buildings and housing societies in Mysuru and details of action taken by government against those illegal structures.
List of religious places illegally built on government land. Influential persons in such religious bodies have illegally built halls , shops as part of illegal religious structure and rented out shops , rent out halls for marriages and pocket money. Details of action taken by government against such illegal religious structures.

14. Dalit activist Mantelingaiah used to illegally occupy vacant CITB houses in laxmikantanagar , hebbal and used to get it reallotted to his followers. List of houses thus reallotted.
15. Twenty five years back 8 MUDA officials were caught red handed by police / lokayukta and put under suspension. Their crimes were illegally changing names of original allottees of CITB sites , houses in dattagalli, hebbal. Copy of action taken report with regards to that case.
16. In yester years Public lakes were built by rich philanthropists and kings for public welfare. Hootagalli lake in mysore was used by public , how come hootagalli lake was usurped by private land owner Kaynes hotels / Silent shore hotels. Now public don't have access to the said lake. Copy of lake & adjacent land allotment to private party.
17. Former MLC Madhusudhan has alleged about large scale land encroachments during DC Vastrad's tenure. Details of action taken in this regard.
18. Details of action taken about report by DC T.M.Vijaya bhaskar and Tahsildhar Naveen Joseph regarding land irregularities in and around mysore.
19. Is government conducting public hearings / calling public objections before acquiring lands , before denotifying lands , before alienating land usage. If not why ?
