• Go to ' complainant login ‘ .After Submitting your login details
record your Complaint truthfully.
• The webmaster will forward your complaint electronically to the
concerned State Police Headquarters for action as they may deem fit
and proper in the fact and circumstances of the complaint. This
process ensures that your complaint reaches the Police Headquarters
without your being personally present there.
• The webmaster while transmitting your mail to the concerned Police
Headquarter will endorse a copy through e-mail to you, the sender, for
record.
• You, the complainant must take a print out of e-mail which is
transmitted by web-master to the department on your behalf.
• Thereafter with this print out/e-mail of your complaint forwarded by
webmaster you may approach to the concerned Police Headquarters to
enquire about the status of your complaint.
• Through this process the Webmaster has enabled by e-mail
/electronically for your complaint to reach the respective Police
Headquarters. You are now to persevere with the Police Headquarters to
get due redressal.
