Teaching Preparing Intial Disclosures

Florida has just amended its rules of civil procedure to model the federal 26(a)(1) initial disclosure rule. Rule 26(a)(1)failures can be devastating. Key data must be explored to do it correctly. In part, the disclosures can be based in part on the document preservation work and litigation hold process, but GenAI provides a wonderful opportunity now to interrogate the data to assure a reasonably complete 26(a)(1) disclosure. How do we teach this experientially to our students?
