One-day Workshops on Entrepreneurship across India which is organized by IIT Bombay and Nurture talent academy. These workshops will precede E-Cell IIT Bombay’s flagship annual event, “Eureka!” – The annual B-Plan competition to encourage youth towards entrepreneurship.

Who will be the Speaker?
Siva Rangaswamy
He has an experience of over 20 years in the IT services industry. His last corporate role was as Associate Vice President in Zensar Technologies, where he was the head of their Retail Business Unit and also a part of its senior management team. Prior to that, Siva was with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for almost 13 years. In TCS, Siva is credited with founding the Retail Industry Practice which today accounts for more than 12% of TCS’ revenues. Siva’s responsibilities, both in Zensar and in TCS, were primarily driven by 2 key entrepreneurial objectives:
- Create new avenues for business
- Create new opportunities for people
Siva is Founder & CEO of RDS Consulting and provides consulting to big corporate brands in Retail and Technology sector. His recent consulting assignment was as CEO-Emerging Markets for a startup company that was fast expanding its global business. His experience in global markets, having worked for a large corporate and then for a small startup, lends a clear balance to his views on the many opportunities available for individuals working as employees in large company setups, and also for those wanting to start something on their own. Today, Siva is most passionate about teaching the many facets of entrepreneurial thinking, and sharing his experiences on how any individual can make the best of the opportunities around them.
